All order below 50g is shipped as plain business letter mail in a regular envelope that fits into any slot that has no tracking number and no signature is required.
Meanwhile if you order 50g and above you have a tracking number and your order is shipped as 1 parcel, no signature required.
If you order more than a 1kg you will get it split into 2 packages which is shipped the same way as explained above.

*We never give a refund, but we only reship in case of a“non-arrivals”. All cases will be judged at our discretion, on a case by case basis, and all complaints resulting in a reship solution will be recorded.

 *Any customers with a suspicious amount of multiple reship requests will be black-listed, and posted on the forum. We reserve the right to deny a reship if we feel that it is a repeated, suspicious, or unwarranted complaint. 
Please be aware of this and do not order if you feel that this is unfair. If the product is not to your satisfaction or you believe it to be not as listed, please do not hesitate to contact us and discuss your grievances. 

* However,if genuinely you have not received your parcel, we will of course investigate the matter with the shipping department in case we made a mistake or the address was incorrect. This does happen once in a blue moon, but basically just don’t try and take the piss, and don’t waste our time. We are very reasonable people who aim to resolve every issue with both parties coming out with a happy result.

* Our business can not run without building a strong customer base who trust us, and customer satisfaction is our number 2 priority, only below number 1, which is SAFETY.

*To be noted: You will not be entitled to a reship if you can't provide an official "Notice of seizure" letter from the customs.
